SUGGESTED USE
Gently shake the canister before each use.
To prepare, mix two scoops of powder (26 g) with 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat).
For a vegan-friendly option, mix two scoops of Formula 1 (26 g) with two scoops of Protein Drink Mix Vegan (28 g) and 300 ml of water.
For a smoother texture, blend with ice. Add 250 ml of your preferred milk, 3–4 ice cubes and two scoops of Formula 1 Healthy Meal into a blender and blend until smooth.
